Try Tryfetch before you buy. Pay once for a lifetime license. Your collections stay on your machine.
Who we are
Tryfetch is provided by BVR Code CommV, Bergenstraat 96, 8020 Oostkamp, Belgium. Enterprise / VAT number: BE0787557054. Contact: hello@crud.be.
Using Tryfetch
These terms apply to your use of the Tryfetch app, its command line and MCP server, and this website. You are responsible for using Tryfetch lawfully, including having permission to call the APIs you send requests to. You decide which actions AI agents may take through the command line and MCP server, and you are responsible for the requests and scripts you and your agents run. Your collections and their contents remain yours.
Your license
A lifetime license costs €12.99 excluding VAT, with applicable taxes shown at checkout. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and the license key does not expire. Each license may be active on one device at a time. You can deactivate a device in Tryfetch or in your account at tryfetch.sh before activating another. Your license keys are available in that account.
You can buy several licenses and assign each one to a person by email from your account. Reassigning a license signs out the device it was active on.
The license allows you to use Tryfetch for personal or commercial work. Do not share, resell, or distribute your license key, or bypass license checks. Third-party software remains subject to their own licenses. A lifetime license does not promise indefinite development, support, or compatibility with every future operating system.
Free trial
You can try Tryfetch free for seven days before purchasing, once per account. The trial key expires seven days after it is issued in your account. When it expires, Tryfetch needs a paid license to keep working. Your collections, environments, and settings stay on your device.
Payments and refunds
Polar is the merchant of record and handles checkout, payment, receipts, and applicable taxes. Your license keys are then issued in your account at tryfetch.sh. Purchases are also subject to Polar's checkout buyer terms.
We do not offer voluntary refunds. Please use the free trial to check that Tryfetch works for your needs, APIs, and device before purchasing.
This policy does not limit mandatory rights under applicable consumer law, including rights relating to defective or misdescribed digital content, or rights under Polar's buyer terms. Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, it is only lost when the legal conditions are met, including any required express consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledgment of losing that right. Using the free trial does not by itself waive those rights.
For payment issues or a refund required by law, contact hello@crud.be or use the support details on your Polar purchase receipt.
Your data and backups
Tryfetch sends requests straight from your device to the servers you address. You are responsible for your device, your collection files, their backups, and the requests you or your agents send. See our privacy policy for details about local data, licensing, and third-party services.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide a reliable app, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Tryfetch is provided as available without additional warranties, and we are not responsible for indirect losses or lost data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory guarantees that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms as Tryfetch evolves. The date above identifies this version. Updates do not retrospectively remove rights you already have under a purchase or applicable law.
